You work at your own body's pace and strength, you're never pushed to do something that your body isn't able to, and I felt great and had 10 times more energy over the past month than I have had in years! I initially had some reservations about how useful a body weight resistance circuit would be for me having traditionally used weights and cardio equipment for my workouts. I have now seen the light, and I plan to cancel my gym membership. Not only are the workouts shorter, but I am already seeing improvements in both my fitness level and strength. Plus, it is a lot more entertaining then being stuck in a cramped, sweaty gym waiting for equipment.
